per Carla Labrousse: This is not an easy building to find.
The BEST way is to follow someone; second best is to take the farthest
west exit off I-84 to Hood River. Go in towards Hood River City
Center on Cascade Avenue for a little over a mile. You will pass the Walmart on the left and, down
the road, Safeway's on the right. The travel is in the same
direction as to the hospital. You will arrive at a three (3) way
traffic signal, there will be a motel at the north side dead end.
You will make a right turn (south) on 13th going up the hill towards the hospital.
You will go past the hospital and continue south on the street; the
street becomes four lanes and turns into Tucker Road. You will pass through a business
area after which the road narrows to one lane; past a cemetery on
the right and about a quarter mile further there will be a Nursery on
the right (Good News Nursery) and a rental store on the left. Just
to the south of the rental store there is a narrow road going east into the
orchards, this is Experiment Station Drive. The Office is almost a
half mile east of this intersection. DO NOT go around the 25
mph curve to the right on Tucker Road, if you do, you just passed
Experimental Station Drive.
